Job Description
Job Description :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Administrator with 1 to 3 years of experience to support and manage our company s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will handle a variety of IT-related tasks, including network management, hardware setup, iOS installation, and troubleshooting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and assisting users with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (iOS, Windows, etc.), and other software for company devices.
- Set up and configure hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding system-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain security measures for network protection and device safety.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements.
- Assist in the management of server backups, and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across company systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize IT services and support ongoing technology projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network setup, configuration, and management (LAN/WAN).
- Experience in installing and configuring iOS devices and operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers) and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of system security protocols and practices.
- Familiarity with managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network, hardware, and software.
Experience with backup and recovery systems, ensuring data protection.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with managing Office 365 or Google Workspace environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
