Salesforce Technical Architect

• Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
• Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering technical projects in a telecommunications or similar domain
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines, with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals in implementing integration with external systems, ensuring data integrity and quality, and creating scalable and optimized solutions
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align IT strategy with the organizations mission
• Educate technology departments about new frameworks and best practices, promoting solution designs that meet business objectives
• Analyze current trends in technology architecture and explore innovative solutions and technologies for continuous improvement
• Oversee and manage technological risks, collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into IT operations, ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of technical solutions
• Continuously deliver new functionalities and improvements, perform maintenance, and provide support through optimization and refactoring efforts
