Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced- Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role combines hands-on development with senior-level technical leadership, focusing on Salesforce- Public Sector Solutions (PSS), hands on- exposure with Data Cloud and Agent force.

The ideal candidate will excel in developing, implementing, and integrating Salesforce solutions, with strong expertise in APIs, on-premises relational databases, and CJIS-compliant systems. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and- Omni Studio tools- (Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors).

- Configure and customize Salesforce Public Sector modules such as Licensing and Permitting, Grants Management, and Case Management to meet client requirements.

- Build reusable, scalable components, workflows, and automations to optimize performance and maintainability.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using- REST,- SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.

- Develop and manage data synchronization between Salesforce and- on-premise relational databases- (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).

- Ensure secure and reliable data exchanges in accordance with public sector regulations and compliance standards.

- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, ensuring minimal downtime and robust error handling.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Act as the technical escalation point for complex integration and development challenges.

- Partner with architects to validate and refine solution designs, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.

- Create robust, scalable designs that address business needs and technical constraints.

- Lead development efforts for public sector-specific workflows, data models, and integrations while ensuring compliance with security requirements like- HIPPA- and- FedRAMP.

- Developing Solutions using- PSS, Data Cloud- and- Agent force.

- Work closely with Business Architects and Functional Teams to ensure technical solutions align with user stories and stakeholder expectations.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts and design options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Apply knowledge of public sector processes, regulations, and citizen engagement requirements to design tailored solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce PSS and related technologies, advising on new features and capabilities.

- Knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud implementations, including- Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud- and- Tableau CRM.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering secure and maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience :

- Overall 10+ Years experience with Salesforce and/or- IT

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Public Sector Solutions and Omni Studio.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with external systems, including APIs and on-premises relational databases.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors), and Flow Builder.

- Experience working with Public Sector customer leveraging Public Sector Data Model, with a strong focus on data security and compliance.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II- (required).

- Certified AI Specialist- and/or- Certified AI Associate

- Salesforce Omni Studio Developer or Consultant Certification- (required).

- Salesforce Omni Studio Developer or Consultant Certification- (required).

- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accreditation- (preferred).

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, and middleware tools).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

- Proficiency with tools like Git, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.

- Understanding of Benefits Case Management Offering and other PSS Applications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in public sector projects, particularly those requiring HIPPA, FedRAMP, or HIPAA compliance.

- Familiarity with public sector use cases such as Public Health, Housing, Provider Management and Citizen Engagement
