Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development and possess a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). You will play a critical role in translating design mockups into functional, visually appealing user interfaces, optimizing them for performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. This role requires strong collaboration skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Translate wireframes and design mockups into functional and visually appealing user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

- Develop reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability across the application.

- Optimize UI performance for speed and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Implement accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusive user experiences.

Collaboration and Leadership :

- Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, and backend developers to align

UI design with product vision and requirements.

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on UI architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

- Mentor and coach junior developers in front-end development techniques, UI design

patterns, and coding best practices.

Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the UI is stable and fully functional.

- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues in production environments.

Technical Expertise :

- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, libraries, and frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related build tools (Webpack, Babel).

- Deep understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and accessibility guidelines.

Strong Front-End Development Skills :

- Extensive experience building complex, interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

Design Understanding :

- Ability to interpret design mockups and translate them into functional user interfaces while maintaining visual fidelity.
