Job Description :-

Must have • Support Scope: 24*7

Must have • ITSM tool: Service now & Solution Manager (ALM).

Must have • Candidate should be ITIL V4 certified.

Must have • Incident management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change management & Knowledge management.

Must have • Role is expected to have responsibilities - interaction with infra teams for consultation, execution, SAP landscape performance tuning, and other activities associated with support of leveraged SAP environments.

Must have • Work with OS Administrators for optimal SAP Performance.

Must have • Database administration IBM DB2 and SAP HANA, ability to perform database upgrades, apply Fix packs, optimizing and tuning databases, handle backups and their integration with third party backup systems, backup and restore strategies, database security, database problem detection and resolution.

Must have • Knowledge in HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades.

Must have • Provide technical upgrades, functional and technical enhancements.

Must have • Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP Netweaver products.

Must have • SAP 000 Client operations, Job Scheduling (Client 000 only), System / Client Copies.

Must have • Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.

Must have • Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of Linux, UNIX and Windows based servers.

Must have • Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of SAP systems in scope.

Must have • User Management.

Must have • Print Management.

Must have • Security Audit Support.

Must have • ITGC Control Support/performance and sharing artifacts.

Must have • Reporting Services.

Qualifications

Must have • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Must have • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis & Database Administration.

Must have • Ability to use and administrate Solution Manager & GRC application.

Must have • Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver technologies.

Must have • Experience in installing and maintaining SAP systems.

Must have • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Must have • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
