ODI Developer (ETL)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ODI Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in ETL development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and data warehouse implementation.

Must-Have Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of ETL development experience (ODI).
• Proven experience in DWH Implementation projects.
• ETL Processes:
• Developing ETL processes, including control tables, error logging, auditing, and data quality.
• Implementation of reusability, parameterization, and workflow design.
• ODI Expertise:
• Proficiency in Oracle ODI and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of ODI Master and Work Repository.
• ETL Design and Data Modeling:
• Hands-on knowledge of data modeling and ETL design.
• ODI Tools and Components:
• Setting up topology, building objects in Designer, Monitoring Operator, and working with Knowledge Modules (KMs), Agents, etc.
• Experience with packaging components and database operations (e.g., Aggregate, Pivot, Union).
• Advanced ODI Usage:
• Expertise in designing and developing complex mappings, process flows, and ETL scripts.
• Hands-on with ODI mappings, error handling, automation, Load Plans, and object migration.
• Customizing and using Knowledge Modules (KM).
• Performance Optimization:
• Performance tuning of ODI mappings.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Designing ETL unit test cases and debugging ETL mappings.
• Job Scheduling:
• Proficiency in developing Load Plans and scheduling jobs.
• Data Quality Framework:
• Designing frameworks for data quality and reconciliation using ODI.
• Integration Skills:
• Experience integrating ODI with multiple source and target systems.
