Technical Specialist Firewall L1 & L2 ( 10 vacancy) 

Location : Mumbai (All Area)

• Relevant Experience in either of the products Palo Alto, Check Point, Algosec, Fortinet, F5, Proxy, Radware
• Preference: Hands on implementation experience in either of the products
• Freshers may also apply.

Technical Specialist Antivirus (Trend Micro Product)

• Relevant Experience in a Trend Micro Officescan, Trend Micro Apex One & Apex Central, Trend Micro Deep Security for server , Trend Micro TippingPoint Threat Protection System 
• Preference: Trend Micro Officescan, Trend Micro Apex One & Apex Central, Trend Micro Deep Security for server , Trend Micro TippingPoint Threat Protection System 
• Prior work experience in Deep Security or Apex one must for TrendMicro
• Freshers may also apply.
• Location - Mumbai (All Area)
• Vacancy for L1 & L2 : 5
• Current opening are for Field / onsite / Residential Engineers

Job description

• Working Knowledge of any one of Firewall- Implementation & Troubleshooting  : Checkpoint, Trend Micro Apex , Trend Micro Deep Security , F5, Proxy
• Implementation of Firewall / Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption at client place as per the scope work and their requirement. 
• Troubleshooting client issues and suggesting them best ant optimal solution which can secure their systems and servers from theft attack. 
• Giving remote and onsite support to the client. 
• Escalating case to tech team when require. 
• Closely working with Firewall endpoint encryption for enterprise. 
• Firewall Endpoint Encryption Server Installation & SQL DB Installation for Trend Micro/ Firewall Endpoint Encryption Policy Server. As well as troubleshooting on encryption affected machine and issue resolutions.
• Closely working with Trend Micro or other antivirus product for enterprise. Trend Micro or other Antivirus Server Installation, Agent package creation, DLP policy management for enterprise users and antivirus agent troubleshooting as per the issue persist.
