Natural Language Processing Engineer (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize advanced DL models for engaging and effective chatbot conversations

- Apply state-of-the-art NLP techniques to solve complex problems in text classification, summarization, and question-answering

- Lead the improvement of existing models and develop proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge algorithms

- Identify opportunities for AI growth and proactively propose innovative solutions

- Conduct periodic performance analysis of all models and maintain efficient AI processes and code

- Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping of AI processes and code

- Champion information security and privacy practices in all aspects of your work

Required Qualifications :

- 2 to 4 years of experience working on core NLP problems

- Proficiency in Python with good coding practices

- Knowledge of conversational AI or chatbot development

- Hands-on experience with ML/DL libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)

- Experience in training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)

- Knowledge of hosting and deploying LLMs in production environments

- Familiarity with model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation

- Ability to understand and implement research papers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
