Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Site Inspection & Control: Coordinate and supervise the on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.

Team Management: Oversee and manage the work of installation teams, including contractors and in-house staff, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Logistics & Planning: Organize the delivery and on-site storage of materials, managing inventory and ensuring all necessary equipment is available when needed.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, material usage, and any issues encountered, providing regular reports to senior management.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements/Skills

• Ability to command local carpenters to execute work on sites.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
