Job Title: Senior Urban Designer - Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our team. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Master Plans and Urban design initiatives in various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Urban Design team to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project design requirements and constraints
- Implement and drive urban design strategy and innovation in development projects
- Create and maintain urban design documentation and standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior urban designers
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for design related activities
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Masters in Urban Design or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in urban design and development
- Proficient in design and development software and tools
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
