Lead Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead to join our team. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing reporting solutions (BIP, OTBI), Integration solutions (OIC, Expertise in Web Services SOAP REST) and Redwood application extensions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions that enable our business requirements. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design and development of Oracle HCM reports to achieve optimal performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning and Workspace including Performance management
• Participate and contribute to implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules
• Provide technical expertise for implementation of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and extensions (RICE) primarily in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate HCM Cloud with internal and third-party applications
• Support to HCM Functional teams on HDL, HSDL Loaders and HCM Extracts
• Managing technical teams and providing status and issue reports on a periodical basis
• Meeting Business requirements, ensuring application meets business requirements and system goals

Experience Skills

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience with primarily on Oracle HCM cloud and Oracle EBS HCM modules
• Hands on with HCM Modules including Core HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning and Workforce (Predictions, Health Safety, Rewards, Mobility, Diversity Inclusion, Engagement, Compensation)
• Well experienced with Fast Formulas and exception handling
• Expertise on OIC Integration, well versed in WSDL, REST and SOAP API s with HCM modules
• Strong SQL with performance tuning and well versed with Oracle HCM Data model
• Experience on HDL, HSDL Loaders and HCM Extracts

Preferred Skills

• Redwood OTL extensions and customizations
• Build Custom Applications and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS) and ADW
• Good to have Oracle Analytical Reports, FDI (FAW)
