About the Role:
- As the Client Acquisition Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our student placement services by securing strategic partnerships with leading companies.
- You'll be responsible for identifying and targeting potential corporate partners, developing and executing winning sales strategies, and building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the recruitment space.
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented, you'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and alignment between client expectations and our placement offerings.

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Partnership Development:
- Identify and target high-potential companies for student placement partnerships, aligning their needs with WsCube Tech's placement services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to acquire new corporate clients, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR professionals and corporate recruitment teams, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their talent acquisition needs.
- Lead negotiations and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements with key decision-makers.
Collaboration & Onboarding:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including program development, admissions, and student support, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new client partners.
- Proactively identify and address potential client concerns, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Market Strategy & Growth:
- Stay abreast of industry trends in EdTech and the recruitment landscape, identifying new business opportunities and market gaps to inform strategic growth initiatives.
- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the EdTech, recruitment, or placement sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
- In-depth understanding of corporate recruitment processes and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tool.
