Program Overview. A 6-month rigorous training program focusing on teaching methodologies, student psychology, and subject matter expertise

Faculties must remain attentive throughout the training to ensure they are fully prepared to teach

Regular study materials will be provided to ensure continuous learning, along with weekly tests to assess progress

The program is structured into three distinct stages:. Beginner (Score < 50%): Focus on comprehensive learning of study materials

Intermediate (Score 50-80%): Engage with study materials and interact with students for 2 hours daily

Pro (Score > 80%): Lead student interactions for 3-4 hours daily

Program Requirements By Subject. Chemistry:. In-depth understanding of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry

Ability to connect theory with practical examples to make learning engaging

Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with entrance exam patterns

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Chemistry or related field

Prior experience in coaching for competitive exams is beneficial
