Role Overview:
As an Account Manager - Key Accounts, you will work directly with worxogo's founders to manage and grow some of our most strategic enterprise accounts. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on client relationship management, revenue growth, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for worxogo's key enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment on goals and showcase impact delivered.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Behavior Labs, to ensure seamless delivery and value realization for clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS with a proven revenue target.
- Demonstrated success in increasing customer lifetime value.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.
- Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of an organization, from senior leadership to operational teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
