Inside Sales Account Manager
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in international banking software sales.
- The ideal candidate will generate and qualify leads, engage with C-level executives at banks, and drive the sales pipeline for our cutting-edge banking software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential banking and financial institutions globally.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Sales Engagement & Pipeline Management:
- Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital Banking, etc.) to understand their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual presentations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to address client queries.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
Market Intelligence & Relationship Building:
- Stay updated on international banking trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
- Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and conferences.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years in inside sales or business development in banking software, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Banking Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core banking systems (Flexcube, Temenos, Finacle, etc.), digital banking, and financial integrations.
- Sales Skills: Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and present complex software solutions.
- CRM & Tools: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs and sales automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling to international banks in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, or Europe.
- Understanding of banking compliance, digital transformation, and fintech trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
