Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Visakhapatnam
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, be proficient in Excel, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will involve a unique blend of traditional accounting tasks and collaboration with IT developers to drive automation within the finance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, both manually processed and automated.
Responsibilities:
 Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
 Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
 Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
 Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
 Handling tax-related tasks (TDS, GST, etc.) as applicable.
 Maintaining fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
 Assisting with audits and other financial reviews
 Collaborating with IT developers to identify opportunities for automation within finance processes.
 Clearly communicating accounting requirements and specifications to developers.
 Testing and validating automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
 Reconciling data generated through automated systems with manually processed data to verify the automation process.
 Troubleshooting and reporting any issues related to automated systems.
 Providing feedback to developers for continuous improvement of automated tools.

Qualifications:
 A Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree is mandatory.
 Minimum of 4- 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 Experience with accounting software is desirable.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Attention to detail and accuracy.
 Experience with automation tools or a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies is a significant advantage.
