Modern Quests is a premium online retailer that has partnered with several international & domestic brands to provided a well curated platform for affluent Indian customers. We ship orders to more than 950 cities within India and stock more than 5000 products at our warehouse. This role would be to support the operations & fulfillment team.

Main Responsibilities Include:


  • Managing incoming Chat support and customer service inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication on chat
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 0 to 5 Years
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Experience working with customer support.
