Business Development Manager - Featherlite - Office Furniture

Role Overview:

• Featherlite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion initiatives for our brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding Featherlite's market presence.

JD :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Featherlite's customer base and market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and corporate clients.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the furniture or consumer durable Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to capitalize on them.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Preferred experience - Corporate Sales in Consumer durables products
