We are dedicated to delivering high-quality skincare products to enhance our customers' beauty and well-being. We are currently seeking a Brand Head from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 10+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
Role Overview :
The Face Shop India is seeking an experienced Brand Head with a proven track record in driving sales and building premium consumer brands, particularly in the skincare category. With 90% of sales coming from online channels, the role demands expertise in digital-first strategies, P&L management, and leveraging AI for innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & P&L Ownership:
- Lead the brand's growth strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce and retail sales teams to deliver impactful and integrated campaigns.
Digital Marketing & AI Integration:
- Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a focus on ROI.
- Use AI tools to create dynamic, personalized content and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee influencer marketing to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Skincare Expertise & Content Creation:
- Apply knowledge of skincare brands and products to craft compelling, product-focused campaigns.
- Develop innovative storytelling strategies to highlight The Face Shop's product benefits across platforms.
Sales & Market Execution:
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart) and retail.
- Lead campaigns to drive consumer demand and boost sales performance.
Insights & Innovation:
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Introduce innovative marketing approaches and technologies to stay ahead of competitors.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in brand management, with significant experience in skincare or beauty brands.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in performance marketing, influencer strategies, and social media campaigns.
- P&L Management: Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver measurable business results.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier management school is preferred.
- AI Integration: Hands-on experience using AI tools for personalized content and campaign optimization is a plus.
