FRANCHISE OPERATIONS - CO

Job Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, set up implement uniform standard operating procedures at each Franchise center of WorkLoft.

• Coaching all Operations Managers Team at each franchise center on SOPs Performance improvement.

• Maintain uniform quality process by enforcing organisation standard.

• Conducting regular audits improving Focus areas across all centers.

• Monitoring the franchise network on day to day basis.

• Assisting franchises with their business requirements.

• Monitoring the procurement of courseware.

• Meeting the franchises on timely intervals.

• Relationship building.

• Drive operational efficiencies and ensure goals are met.

• Organize and execute events for the clients at each unit with the aim of client satisfaction.

• Mumbai (Need to visit different centres across Mumbai and outstation)

Prerequisites

• 10 years plus experience handling any Franchise Operations profile

Education Qualification

• Any graduate/Post graduate
• MBA with specialisation in Operations will be an added advantage
