* Inspect medicines for expiry dates and batch numbers, ensuring compliance with billing entries.

* Communicate with referring physicians offices for any prescription-related queries.

* Maintain an organized inventory of dispensed medications.

* Record patient history and monitor activities involving controlled substances.

* Address customer inquiries, resolving their concerns, or escalating complaints to relevant departments when necessary.

* Keep detailed records of all pharmacy transactions and ensure cash registers are updated regularly.

* Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmacy operations.

* Ensure confidentiality of customer medical details.
