Job Description

Book keeping

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Verify and reconcile bank statements and financial data.
Tally Operation
- Expertise in operating Tally Prime software.
- Input and manage financial data using Tally for various accounts.
- Generate reports and financial statements using Tally.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Financial Analysis
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Communication
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Provide solutions to financial issues as they arise.
Follow-up for Outstanding recovery

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with expertise in Tally Prime
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Keyskills

Knowledge of GST Filing: Understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and ability to file GST returns accurately.
Knowledge of PF (Provident Fund): Expertise in managing Provident Fund (PF) contributions, compliance, and filing procedures.
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation: Proficient in reconciling bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
Proficiency in Tally: Advanced skills in using Tally ERP 9 for bookkeeping, generating financial statements, and managing transactions.
Good Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Voucher Tallying: Ability to accurately record and reconcile vouchers and transactions within Tally for seamless financial reporting.
Financial Reporting: Ability to generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis using Tally.
Tax Compliance: Knowledge of tax-related procedures, including filing of returns, preparing tax reports, and ensuring timely payments in compliance with regulations.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a strong ability to spot discrepancies in financial records and correct them effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying financial discrepancies and providing effective solutions to resolve them.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other departments, especially finance and management, to ensure smooth financial operations and information exchange.
