The Continuous Improvement Manager will apply process improvement methodologies (six sigma, lean, agile or other process improvement methodologies) to drive continuous improvement and HR excellence. You will focus on identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and implementing strategic, simple and efficient improvements across HR solutions and processes to reduce cost and enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to engage with cross-functional and business teams on a global scale while influencing the delivery of improvement projects.
