• Bachelor s degree in relevant technical or business discipline or extensive proven experience within BIM Coordination of 8-12 years experience

Job Description

• Understand the requirement to deliver projects to ISO19650
• Defining requirements to ensure full alignment with our clients when proposing digital, data, 3DV solutions or Connected Data Platforms
• Providing support and guidance to clients with reference to their current and future BIM digital needs
• Developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration, including managing and supporting identified gaps in data quality
• Deliver BIM Execution Plan s (BEP) in response to Employer s Information Requirement (EIR), Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
• Understand the principles of 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D 6D and how they contribute to project delivery requirements
• Producing BIM compliant models using point cloud data (Scan to BIM). This may also include working to other standards, as per client requirements
• Oversee the management of Information Exchange protocols and deliverables, including, IFC, DEXPI, NWD RVT among others
• Management and use of Common Data Environments (CDE s)
• Defining scopes for new and / or improved systems, toolsets, processes, and workflows in the digital space
• Developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration, including managing, and supporting identified gaps in data quality
• Assist Technical Lead s in delivering internal training initiatives when required
• Assist with other parts of the business in 2D / 3D draughting and engineering design as required, this will include direct support for global resources
• Creating 3D building models using specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design plans and specifications.
• Using BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.
• Establishing data models in agreement with project team and technical specialists.
• Assisting in establishing and setting up new projects with the relevant file structures and adhering to all agreed BIM standards, BIM Execution plans etc.
• Utilizing, creating, where necessary, and managing project specific families.
• Creating and revising drawings and documentation using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modelling tools.
• Conducting clash detection tasks to identify and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
• Participating in meetings and collaborating with the project team to discuss and resolve matters related to model accuracy and project requirements.
• Managing and organizing the flow of information between all stakeholders involved in the project.
