Engineer - Electrical

Job Role :
Primarily responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems across rides, attractions, and park infrastructure and utility system

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment related to rides, lighting, attractions and other facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in various systems, including ride control panels, sensors, motors, and wiring.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical components to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Keep records of inspections, repairs, and modifications to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond quickly to electrical failures or emergencies during park operation hours to minimize ride or attraction downtime.

Experience: (Minimum 3-5 years)

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical engineer in Medium / Large scale industries or similar large facilities
• Hands-on experience with ride electrical systems, control panels, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), and motor controls, (VFDs and DC drives) is a major plus.
• Experience in AutoCAD /E plan is added advantage
• Certifications in specific areas of electrical systems (e.g., PLC programming, electrical safety, etc.) are advantageous

Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, automation, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment to diagnose electrical faults.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with ride operators, maintenance teams, and management.
• Ability to document and report electrical issues, maintenance tasks, and modifications in a clear and organized manner.
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols and electrical standards in all tasks.
