Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities, including visits to customers' homes for loan repayment.
  
• Ensure timely recovery of loans from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of collections, updates, and customer interactions using our software system.
  
• Identify potential issues with loan disbursements and escalate them to senior management as needed.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns related to loan repayments.
