Business Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Collect and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Clean and preprocess data, identifying and correcting errors.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Build data models and support predictive analytics for business forecasting.
• Collaborate with departments to provide actionable insights and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2+ years in data analysis or related fields.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data visualization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong statistical analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Additional: Experience in e-commerce or retail data analysis is a plus.
