Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books with accuracy.

• Oversee GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Monitor and manage e-commerce transactions across platforms like Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart.

• Reconcile marketplace settlements, sales reports, and returns.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, profit/loss statements, and MIS reports.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting (Freshers, please do not apply).

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is a must.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting, including sales reconciliation and GST compliance.

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
