Operations Executive For Ecommerce

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Meesho/Amazon/Flipkart/Dussan order processing, dispatch, and inventory updates.

• Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.

• Monitor order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations to ensure timely resolution.

• Track and analyze sales performance on Meesho, identifying areas for improvement.

• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.

• Collaborate with customer support to handle queries and complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce industry or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics coordination.
  
• Proficiency in using Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, Dusaan, Firstcry, Blinkit, Zepto platforms.
