- The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) , will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- This role will lead all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with company's vision and values.
- The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive organizational change initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational design and development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the company's culture and values.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with industry standards.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee HR audits and compliance reporting.
HR Operations and Technology:
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Drive the use of data analytics to inform HR decision-making.
- Streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage HR budgets.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Mentor and coach HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork within the HR department and across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in the real estate or related industry is a plus.
- Experience with large scale organization change.
- Experience working in a fast paced, and demanding environment.
