Job Description :

Role : Snowflake Developer

Experience Required : 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience with Snowflake and related tools, along with a strong background in SQL, scripting, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and other Snowflake utilities.

- Write efficient SQL queries and manage Snowflake-based data warehouses to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

- Use scripting languages such as Spark, PySpark, or Snowpark for data processing tasks, data transformations, and other ETL/ELT processes.

- Work with Python/PySpark for advanced data manipulation, integration, and automation processes.

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using DBT (Data Build Tool) and ensure robust data management practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data solutions on various cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Snowflake Expertise : Proficiency in Snowflake utilities including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and hands-on experience with Snowflake administration and optimization.

- SQL Proficiency : Strong SQL skills to manage and query large datasets efficiently.

- Scripting and Programming : Experience in Python and PySpark, with hands-on knowledge of Snowpark for advanced data processing.

- Data Build Tool (DBT) : Proficient in DBT to build and manage data models and transformations.

- Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and data management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
