Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone to verify shipping addresses and ensure accuracy in the information provided.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone while conversing with customers to create a positive experience.

Update and manage customer information in the database accurately.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Resolve customer queries related to order shipment, address changes, or any other related concerns.

Collaborate with the logistics team to address any shipment-related issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a backoffice or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Proficient in using basic computer applications and data entry tasks.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data recording.

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
