Job Description
As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Web Neural Infotech, you will manage, monitor, and optimize the organization s cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless operations across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your role is critical in supporting AI, ML, and Big Data applications by maintaining a robust and secure cloud environment.
This role is suitable for freshers with strong foundational knowledge in cloud operations and experienced professionals seeking hands-on exposure to multi-cloud environments.
- Cloud Management : Maintain and manage cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitoring and Alerts : Implement and manage monitoring systems using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or GCP Operations Suite to track infrastructure health.
- Incident Management : Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
- Automation : Automate routine tasks and workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or scripting languages.
- Cost Optimization : Monitor cloud usage and optimize resources to reduce costs while maintaining performance.
- Security Enforcement : Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, access controls, and threat detection.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery : Manage backup policies and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with DevOps, development, and support teams to streamline operations and deployments.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and incident reports.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate , or Google Associate Cloud Engineer .
- Freshers with hands-on experience in cloud operations through projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in cloud operations or related roles is preferred.
