Job Description

Web Neural Infotech is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Trainer to lead training programs designed to teach professionals the principles and applications of AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI technologies such as machine learning , natural language processing (NLP) , computer vision , and deep learning . As an AI Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and ensuring that students gain practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs on Artificial Intelligence concepts, including machine learning , deep learning , computer vision , NLP , and AI algorithms .

Develop and implement training materials, including slides, case studies, assignments, and hands-on exercises for real-world AI applications.

Teach popular AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow , Keras , PyTorch , scikit-learn , and OpenCV .

Provide practical demonstrations on how to build and deploy AI models, working on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Help trainees understand how to apply AI to solve business challenges, including optimization, classification, regression, and prediction problems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and trends, adjusting training materials to incorporate new developments and industry practices.

Assess the progress of participants through quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing individual feedback to enhance learning.

Foster an interactive, engaging learning environment that encourages questions and encourages critical thinking about AI applications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence with hands-on experience in machine learning , deep learning , NLP , and computer vision .

Strong experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , Keras , and OpenCV .

Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, understandable terms for trainees with varying levels of technical expertise.

Familiarity with data science tools like Python , R , Pandas , and NumPy for AI model development.

Experience in developing AI models for practical applications such as classification, clustering, regression, and anomaly detection.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences.

Previous experience in delivering training programs or workshops related to AI is a plus.

Qualification Experience Required

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master s or Ph.D.) are a plus.

Experience Level: Open to freshers with strong theoretical knowledge of AI and experienced candidates with hands-on AI implementation and teaching experience.

Proven experience in developing and implementing AI projects, with expertise in both theoretical and practical applications.

Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
