Job Description
- Lead SAP implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, including full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific best practices and regulatory requirements related to SAP implementations.
