Pre-School Educator

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our new early learning center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and grow. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and have a heart for working with little learners, we would love to hear from you!

LOCATION - New Alipore

Role & responsibilities

• Classroom management and discipline
• Lesson delivery
• Encourage creativity and student engagement
• Student observation through assignments and activities
• Tracking student milestones
• Parent communication and engagement
• Adherence to health, hygiene and first aid protocols

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in a preschool or classroom setting is a MUST HAVE
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing personality is a MUST HAVE
• Strong English written and verbal communication and classroom management skills is a MUST HAVE
• Montessori / Pre-primary trained
