Manager - Infrastructure Support

We are seeking an experienced IT manager with a strong background in MS technology to lead our Infra team. This role involves overseeing local Engineering team and will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing our organizations IT infrastructure, applications, and services. The IT Manager will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment, as well as provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IT team. The Manager will work closely with Infra engineering team in AU, Europe and US

• 15+ years experience with MS Technlogies, advanced skills in Server, cloud and System Engineering
• Understanding of Microsoft office 365, Intune, AD, AAD, Hybrid, Azure, IAM, MDM, Conditional Access Policies
• Well versed in OS types Windows 2019, 2022
• Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
• HLD, LLD, Designing
• Working knowledge of site migration
• Experience with servers hardware, virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure, AWS) is a strong plus
• Background in dealing with global and remote teams is a strong plus

• University degree or college diploma in computer technology, information systems, or business information systems.
• Certification such as Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE/MCITP) or equivalent experience.
