Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses to uncover insights and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain advanced data models to support strategic business initiatives.

- Design, query, and optimize data using databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.

- Present complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather

requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

- Translate business challenges into technical requirements and analytical frameworks.

- Identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements through advanced analytics.

- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and outcomes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey data insights effectively.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
