Ensuring the installed capacity and balancing

Describing the process flow in line with WPS

Defining layout and Material flow

Single point of contact between COD(S) and Plant

Cost analysis for any new product /Variant

Identifying new machines / Equipment needed for -new requirement /Capacity expansion

ISO documentation & Q Records

Productivity & Continuous improvement activities implementation

Lean tools implementation in Assembly line.

Output monitoring and corrective actions

Process Engineering in assembly lines

Defining parameters for new process / product / variant

Co-ordination with production team for day to day activities
