We at Wits Innovation Lab are hiring Digital Marketing Intern with following skill set: Experience and Trend Awareness: We are looking for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who have a solid understanding of current trends and social media platforms. The candidate should be familiar with whats trending across various platforms.

Strong Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate confidence when speaking.

On-Camera Confidence: The candidate must be willing and confident to represent the company in videos, effectively becoming the face of our brand.

Creativity and Wit: Full of innovative ideas and has a witty approach to content creation, aiming to significantly boost our social media presence and growth.

Analytical Mindset: The candidate should be able to use analytics insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement rates.

Basic Graphic Design Understanding: Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Spark). The ability to create visually appealing content, including graphics and short videos, would be a great advantage.

Understanding of Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of marketing principles, including branding, audience segmentation, and content marketing, applicable in real-world scenarios.

Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising the quality of work.
