Backend Developer

What You Will Do:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to refine requirements and contribute to product discussions.
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality backend solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Own the complete feature lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and improvements.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code while maintaining system performance and reliability.
Work closely with stakeholders to align on engineering initiatives and organizational goals.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain.
Monitor production systems, ensuring uptime, reliability, and adherence to service-level objectives (SLOs).

What You Will Need:

4+ years of experience in backend development using Golang, Java, or Ruby.
Strong understanding of OOP, SQL, and Design Patterns.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or Aerospike.
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Hands-on experience with unit testing methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot server performance issues, memory management, and resource optimization.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
