We at Wits Innovation Lab are hiring HR Intern with the following skillset: Key Responsibilties: HR Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support employee onboarding and training programs.

- Address HR-related queries on leaves, compensation, and workplace issues.

- Assist in implementing HR policies and performance management systems.

- Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical).

- Monitor HR metrics like hiring time and turnover rates.

- Organize performance reviews and team-building activities.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.
