Presales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Inbound calls and make outbound calls,
• Tele calling to potential customers and pitch for sales
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain regular follow up with client
• MIS report on weekly & monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate.
• Must know how to use office machinery like a computer, laptop, etc.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer oriented and professional attitude.
• Building and managing relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of the real estate.
• Pleasing personality.
