Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for aspiring software developers
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend development technologies, as well as a passion for mentoring and shaping future IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack development. Provide in-depth knowledge on Java (Core & Advanced), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Train students in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Bootstrap. Introduce best practices in full-stack development, including MVC design patterns, debugging, and testing. Content Development
Prepare training materials, slides, and coding exercises. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies into the curriculum. Customize content based on the learning needs of trainees. Practical Exposure
Facilitate hands-on projects to ensure students gain practical experience. Guide students in building end-to-end web applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Mentorship
Address individual learning challenges and provide personalized mentoring. Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and assessments. Offer career guidance and support for placements. Evaluation and Feedback
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations. Collect and analyze trainee feedback to improve training delivery continuously. Required Skills
Backend Skills
Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. Frontend Skills
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Angular. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Database Management
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Version Control
Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control. DevOps Tools
Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Soft Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills. Patience and an approachable demeanor to engage with trainees. Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Trainer. Proven experience in mentoring or training roles. Industry certifications in Java, Spring, or frontend frameworks are preferred. Show more Show less
