Job Description
Wissen Technology is now hiring Data Integration Developer/Sr Developer
As a Data Integration Developer/Sr Developer , you will be responsible for hands-on development and implementation of ETL/ELT data pipelines, Snowflake data warehousing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. You will work on ensuring data readiness and quality, addressing code or data issues, and collaborating with global teams to drive design and solution standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for processing and integrating data from various internal and external sources.
- Design and implement modern data pipelines for complex data sets, ensuring high performance and meeting runtime/schedule SLAs.
- Optimize ETL job performance, handle exceptions, and tune queries for efficient data loads in batch and real-time scenarios.
- Address and resolve data quality and code issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Collaborate with teams across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions to establish design standards, create high-level design documents, and support cross-training and onboarding activities.
- Understand and apply SDLC processes, including governance clearance, peer code reviews, unit testing, code deployments, and security scanning.
- Utilize Confluence, JIRA/Kanban for story tracking and management.
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis, SQL query debugging, and defect resolution while working with business and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelordegree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 4-10 years of experience in data integration/orchestration services, service architecture, and providing data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration and strong data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and Snowflake SQL, including database query and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and Compose tools (Change Data Capture) is a plus.
- Exposure to the financial domain is considered a plus.
- Experience with cloud-managed services, including source control (GitHub), MS Azure/DevOps, is advantageous .
- Prior experience with State Street and Charles River Development (CRD) is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with third-party data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI, and other rating agencies is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong SQL knowledge and debugging skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for diverse data sets.
- Ability to rationalize problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail in root cause analysis and defect resolution.
