Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in account farming and IT services sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within the IT services sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of success in selling IT services to enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account farming strategies to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Proactively engage with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their business needs and align our IT services to address those needs.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with the internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our IT services in the market.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the delivery and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of IT technologies and concepts, including software development methodologies, cloud computing models (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and data analytics techniques.
Bachelors degree in Business administration , Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account farming and IT services sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT services industry, including cloud solutions, managed services, software development, and infrastructure services.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships .
