Azure DevOps Engineer

Azure Infrastructure Management:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Azure infrastructure solutions.

Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, networks, storage, Key Vault, Azure Spring Cloud, Application Insights, and databases.

Monitor and optimize Azure service performance, addressing any issues to maintain optimal operation.

Implement and uphold Azure security best practices to ensure compliance with security standards.

CI/CD Pipeline Development:

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) to support the build, test, and deployment of various applications.

Automate build, testing, and deployment processes to streamline and accelerate release cycles.

Integrate automated testing and quality assurance measures into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain high code quality.

Collaborate with development teams to refine and optimize build and release processes for efficiency and reliability.

Version Control with GitHub:

Manage and maintain code repositories on GitHub, ensuring secure and structured code storage.

Implement effective branching strategies and workflows to support collaborative development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Azure DevOps, Azure Infrastructure, and CI/CD pipeline development.

Hands-on experience with Azure services, including virtual machines, networks, storage, Key Vault, Azure Spring Cloud, Application Insights, and databases.

Proficiency in managing and maintaining code repositories on GitHub with solid knowledge of branching strategies.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation.

Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments and experience implementing them.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant Azure or DevOps certifications (eg, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
