Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Manage large volumes of outbound/inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of call logs and customer information in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and meet performance targets.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

Key Requirements:

• Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle objections and respond effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Shift Timings: This is a rotational shift role (multiple shifts).
