BPO Team Leader (Navi Mumbai)

We are hiring for BPO Team leader (25K Inhand to 30K Inhand)

Salary- 25K to 30K Inhand

Location:- Ghansoli MIDC (Navi Mumbai)

Job Responsibility:-
* Team Leader with Minimum 2 yrs in BPO Domestic/International process.
* Monitor and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
* Motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility
* Knows performance metrics.
Should be aware of SLA, shrinkage, attrition rate, AHT, forecasting.

Required Candidate profile
• Prior experience of working on the same role for minimum 1 year
• Self-motivated
• Consultative and solutions focused
• Tech savvy, Excellent in MS Excel
• Problem solver
• Excellent communicator - both written and verbal (English, Hindi)
