SOTI Admin Lead

• 8-10 years of experience in mobility, including 4-5 years of hands-on experience with the SOTI MDM
• Proficiency in Android Mobile Handheld devices management and mobile operating systems (Android)
• Must be skilled in MDM Administration with experience in SOTI MobiControl
• Experience in Deploying policies, profiles and patches to the managed devices
• Experience on Application packaging and deployment to the Android devices
• Experience in managing certifications (add/edit/remove) and pushing the certifications to Mobile devices
• Experience in enrolling new devices to SOTI and un-enrolling the lost/stolen or unused devices
• Experience in Incident management, Problem management, and change requests to support the SOTI MDM Platform
• Responsible for diagnosis and resolution of the incidents and requests that require research and diagnosis, and recommends process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance, end user experience and support of systems security
• Should be able to track physical assets, managing applications and content, as well as keeping devices and data safe and secure
• Experience in providing remote support (remote view/remote control, file sync, and 2-way chat) to fix device and application problems quickly to reduce any downtime of devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers on best practices for mobile development and SOTI MDM platform usage
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of mobile applications integrated with the SOTI MDM platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device management, security, and performance optimizations
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and SOTI MDM platform features

Required Skills:Android , MDM knowledge, SOTI MDM . SOTI is one of the MDM solution (this is mandatory), along with device management skills such as security, remote operations , deployment and tracking apps, user interactions etc
